The purpose of the National Air Logistics Operations Optimization Management is to optimize and harmonize the way of working in the national Air Logistics Operations by implementing practical solutions through processes, systems, KNGS, and other methods. The focus is on initiatives and projects that positively impact Air Logistics Service Delivery and Operational Production Cost.

You will regularly visit operational departments to review workflows and implement improvements, aligning with global standards. You will work closely with managers and teams across departments, leading the national Operations Optimization Team if applicable. Responsibilities include managing projects, collaborating on concept design, validating operations, implementing solutions, and driving process improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Product Management, or similar
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Product Management, or similar
• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management Experience
• Extensive knowledge of Air Logistics services and operations
• High proficiency with KN Air Logistics systems (SALOG, BPA, CareLOG, etc.)
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Positive self-starting attitude
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Change management mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Attention to detail, performance-driven, and able to work under pressure
