Architectural Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead our architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing design development, and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Manage client relationships and facilitate communication between clients, architects, and contractors.
- Oversee design development and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Conduct site analysis and provide recommendations for sustainable design solutions.
- Administer contracts and manage procurement processes, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and design concepts.
- Utilize software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD for design and documentation processes.
- Implement schedule management practices to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in Data Center or Mission Critical projects.
- Licensed Architect (NCARB) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
- Experience in medical facilities, data centers, or mission-critical projects is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial oversight of projects.
- Knowledge of LEED certification requirements is advantageous.
