You'll leverage your experience in various market sectors – K-12, higher education, healthcare, corporate, historic preservation, hospitality, and adaptive reuse – to design exceptional commercial buildings.Highlights:Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($25-$30/hour).Hybrid work schedule: enjoy 2 days a week working remotely.What You'll Do:Be our visualization powerhouse! Develop architectural renderings using industry-leading software for projects in all design stages (75% of your role).Collaborate closely with the project team to create construction documents that flawlessly translate the design vision into reality.Actively participate in meetings with the team, consultants, and clients to refine and develop the design.Ensure adherence to best practices and professional standards through regular reviews with your manager or project architect.Take ownership of smaller projects or specific aspects of larger ones.Be a true team player, willing to support colleagues across different studios.Apply established design principles while creatively adapting and modifying design concepts.Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.What We're Looking For:A minimum of 3 years of experience as an architectural designer.The ability to bring design ideas to life in stunning 3D visualizations.Excellent graphic design, post-production, written, and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.Expertise in at least one of these rendering programs: Enscape, Lumion, Twin Motion, 3DS Max, Blender, or VRay.A Plus:An Associate's degree in an architectural field.Ready to join a dynamic team and create exceptional architecture?
