Architect - A3 Staffing : Job Details

Overview:

We are helping a local A/E firm grow and seeking an experienced Architect.

This team is creative and innovate, you would contribute to the creation of cutting-edge architectural designs. As an Architect, you will be involved in various projects focusing on renovation, interior design, and project management. Utilize your skills in sketching, Revit, Microstation, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite to bring creative visions to life.

Responsibilities:

• Design and conceptualize architectural plans for renovation projects

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for interior design

• Utilize sketching and 3D modeling tools such as revit.

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

• Engage in business development activities to attract new clients and projects

• Incorporate sustainable design practices into architectural projects

• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Requirements:

• Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, and or licensed in NYS.

• At least 5 years experience as an Architect

• Proficiency in software such as revit

• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and contractors effectively

• Ability to work creatively while adhering to project constraints and requirements

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
