Status: Full Time Regular Shift: DAY SHIFT Department: Information Services Position Summary Summary:The Solutions Architect of Information Technologies is responsible for planning, designing and implementing organization wide information systems and technologies specifically in time and attendance systems especially using products like UKG. The architect should have full stack development experience to design and support multiple systems ranging from areas like time and attendance, scheduling, artificial intelligence. Other responsibilities include research, development and application of new information system technologies to support the goals of managing and operating the organization. Qualifications Responsibilities:Education Required • Must complete in-house orientation program • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with course work in Computer Science or equivalent • Master's preferred Experience And Skills • Speaks, reads and writes English • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and analytical skills • Excellent time and project management skills • Demonstrated financial management skills • Proven leadership and management skills • Ability to critically evaluate and troubleshoot complex problems • Ability to communicate and interact with a wide variety of individuals • Attention to details • Special skills include systems development and planning, systems integration and networking. • Extensive experience of solutioning and leading healthcare related projects. • A technology leader with ability to grasp complex customer requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions.
