Archer Business Analyst - Compunnel : Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Archer Business Analyst to support the migration of institutional business operations to the Archer platform.

This role involves engaging directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful platform integration.

The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in institutional finance, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of data and system interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, prepare presentations, and review project plans and status updates.
• Analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across various teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, technology teams, and project sponsors.
• Support data migration, integration, and conversion processes.
• Create workflow diagrams, use cases, and data flow diagrams to support technical documentation.
• Assist in project management activities including timeline tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates effectively through written and verbal channels.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in institutional business operations and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to improve platform functionality and user experience.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within institutional finance.
• Familiarity with Archer platform capabilities, features, and limitations.
• Strong understanding of order management systems and various security types including:
• Forward currency contracts
• TBA securities
• Insurance-linked securities (ILS)
• Bank loans, term loans, collateral
• Experience with custodian systems and interfaces.
• Proficiency in data analysis and documentation tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working on platform migrations or implementations.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in institutional finance.
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
