The Jorgensen Family YMCA is looking for an energetic, outgoing team player to fill the position of Aquatics Director. This role ensures a safe and engaging aquatic environment for all ages through high-quality programming and facility management. Lead: Oversee all aspects of daily pool operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and YMCA safety and health regulations. Develop: Manage swim lesson programs, swim team practices, and meets that promote skill-building and community engagement. Deliver: Conduct lifeguarding, CPR, and swim instruction training to ensure a well-prepared and safety-focused team.
