Aquatic Services Division Director - County of Citrus Florida : Job Details

The Aquatic Services Division Director plans and directs the Division of Aquatic Services in accomplishing the missions established by the Board of County Commissioners. Oversees the establishment and management of budget, attainment and administration of applicable Federal/ State grants and permits, staff supervision, and development and delivery of aquatic services projects. Plans, organizes, and implements programs within major organizational policies and reports progress of major activities to executive level administrators through reports and conferences. The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and is located in Lecanto, Florida. Essential Functions Supervises, plans, and coordinates work of assigned staff. Reviews and evaluates employee performance and completes performance evaluations. Counsels staff and initiates commendations or disciplinary action when appropriate.
