This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. This position is responsible for developing, organizing and implementing aquatic programs and maintaining a safe, hazard-free aquatics environment. This position supervises staff and volunteers and may manage community and vendor agreements and relationships. JOB LOCATION: Walnut Creek Family YMCAHOURS/ DAYS SCHEDULE: Non-standard work week and will frequently work evening or weekend hours to accommodate event activities.
