• Engage with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events
• Initiate conversations, build rapport, and uncover customer needs
• Generate high-quality leads and book free in-home consultations for the sales team
• Educate potential customers on our window and door solutions
• Use persuasive communication to encourage next-step actions

• A natural salesperson who enjoys talking to people and has a talent for persuasion
• Resilient and goal-oriented; comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
• Strong communicator able to connect, influence, and engage with diverse people
• Comfortable in face-to-face marketing settings
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid drivers license
• Willing and able to stand for 510 hours and lift/carry up to 50 lbs (event materials, display items, etc.)
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and develop sales skills
