About the Role - Appointment Coordinator As an Appointment Coordinator, you'll be a critical point of contact for our Sales Department. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, text, and online chats-creating positive guest experiences while scheduling test drives and following up with leads. This is an excellent entry point into the automotive industry for someone with a background in customer service, general sales, marketing, or communications (including experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries). • Full-time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with both staff and guests
• Be able to work comfortably both with guests in-person and via phone calls, emails, text messaging and online chatExcellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
• Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
