• Minimum 18 months of IT experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions, and IT ticketing systems.
• Valid driving license.
• Provide daily support at customer locations within designated regions.
• Assist customers with technical problems related to their equipment.
