• 2+ years of applied machine learning research experience.
• Strong publication record.
• Experience with the Python scientific stack.

• PhD preferred; undergraduate or master's degree with equivalent industry experience in machine learning.
• Solid mathematical and analytical ability; exceptional problem-solving and modeling skills.
• Experience in programming (Python, R, Matlab, C++).
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Self-motivated and highly productive.
• Interest in working with large data sets.
• Entrepreneurial and creative mindset.
• Finance knowledge is not required.

This is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days a week in the New York City office. The salary range for this role is between $190,000 and $250,000, excluding potential bonuses.
