As an applications programmer/mid-level developer, you must have relevant programmatic technical expertise based on the platform service provided. Nascent technologies may have limited experience but must be supported with training and education. Established technologies require evidence of specialized experience, and applicable training is preferred.

Minimum Education/Experience: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field. At least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience.

• Analyze functional business applications and design specifications.
• Design software tools and subsystems to support reuse and domain analyses.
• Review existing applications, refine, reduce operating time, and improve techniques.
• Responsible for application design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Validate work of team members and perform quality assurance reviews.
