WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

  • Excellent understanding of the applications and systems supported by the team, the lines of business served and banking in general.

  • Ability to manage projects and vendors.

  • Ability to travel across the Bank's footprint for training and collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent MS Office Suite skills (particularly MS Excel). Ability to quality check reports and dashboards.

  • Highly motivated and organized, with keen attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Ability to empower others. Help team grow and develop their skills and capabilities through education and on-the-job learning.

  • Ability to quickly become familiar with the Bank's database framework, and the sources and uses of data.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology related fields or equivalent work experience required.

  • 7 years of experience in core banking, lending, enterprise content management or related field required.

  • 7 years of professional technical experience with strategy, planning and/or business analysis is preferred.

  • Previous experience as a team leader or manager.

  • Experience in Salesforce (CRM) in for sales and service

  • Experience in Commercial, Retail and Business Banking and Treasury Management

  • Experience in Fiserv Premier or similar Core Banking system preferred.

  • Implement AI-driven prompts to assist staff in their daily tasks and improve efficiency.

  • Developing and validating AI models to improve decision-making processes and customer service.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to completion - on time and budget - communicating updates to the business line and team, and utilizing the project management tools on hand.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS

  • Will interact with a range of bank employees in a variety of seniority levels. Must have strong interpersonal skills.

  • Frequent internal contact with department and senior managers on Information Technology issues or information requests.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
