Applications Business Systems Analyst (Penn Color, Inc., Hatfield, PA): Identifying opportunities for business process improvements and recommending Oracle-based solutions to optimize the performance and efficiency of our business systems and corresponding applications; Configuring and customizing Oracle modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring system compatibility and optimal functionality is achieved by all technical systems, and collaborating with both internal and outsourced architects and software developers to coordinate desired functionalities; Designing queries to facilitate data extracts and data analyses, in addition to developing comprehensive technical documentation, including system design specifications, process workflows, and user manuals to support Oracle applications; Overseeing data migration, data integration, and data quality assurance processes within Oracle and Tableau systems to monitor data accuracy and integrity; Creating and executing test plans, conducting system testing, and validating results to ensure Oracle applications continuously meet business requirements and performance standards; Providing enduser support, troubleshooting, and training on Oracle applications to enhance user proficiency and resolve system-related issues; Managing Oracle-related projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management for the purposes of achieving continuity across all relevant teams with respect to delivering a successful project within scope and budget; and Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and operations in order to align Oracle system solutions with business objectives, in addition to monitoring and managing Oracle system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure continuous system performance and security compliance. In order to perform the above tasks, the following experience and skills are required: Experience implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite applications; Experience in Oracle Supply Chain, WMS and Inventory; Experience implementing Oracle's Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Finance business flows; Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies; Experience with requirements gathering, solutions architecture and implementing industry best practices; Experience working with internal business users, third party vendors, customers; Experience working with technical development team to incorporate the business requirements into product features; Experience with configuring Oracle Applications, quality testing, user training and rollout of systems.
