Position

We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Application and Technology Systems Support Specialist to interact with multiple 3rd party and in-house developed financial management systems. The candidate will support Rockefeller Global Family Office Advisor teams and their clients, as well as Operations, Brand & Marketing, Finance, and other business units within the organization. In this role, the candidate will work as part of an Application and Systems Support team, interacting with internal employees and external clients in a fast-paced, growing environment where we provide white-glove service and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities include working with financial advisors, support staff, and their clients, researching and responding to client inquiries, building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying and supporting solutions that serve client needs, conducting client outreach, performing daily systems processing, and providing account information to advisors and clients.
  • Functional responsibilities include application and technology support for internal and external client inquiries, application provisioning, onboarding internal associates and external clients, managing projects, building and optimizing processes to drive efficiency across the organization, engaging in and following controlled change management procedures, facilitating, leading, and participating in meetings with vendors and internal associates, and interacting with mass-affluent Rockefeller clients and all levels of Rockefeller associates.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience and knowledge of financial reporting systems and terminology
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, networks, and security
  • Relevant experience supporting and troubleshooting applications, personal computer systems, and mobile devices, ideally in a Microsoft Entra environment
  • Ability to build, manage, optimize, and maintain processes
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
  • Startup mentality with full expectations to often work outside of typical 9-to-5 hours
  • Ability to partner within and across small teams of business and technical experts
  • Windows 11 based PC for use to access RCM while off premises

  • Bloomberg, Addepar, Tamarac, FactSet, CRM systems including MS Dynamics, DocuSign, eMoney, Wealthscape, Microsoft Entra, SharePoint, OneDrive, Windows OS, MacOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Viva Engage, MS Dynamics, DevOps, MS Flow/Power Automate
Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary for this role is $150,00-$160,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
