Serve as the primary point of contact for all system and application inquiries and issues from US users, handling a wide range of technical tasks and business-related investigations. Focus on providing efficient solutions and maintaining clear communication throughout. You will collaborate closely with development teams and the UK-based support team to relay user needs, identify recurring support challenges (including root causes), and suggest improvements to enhance platform support moving forward.
