LenelS2's Custom Solutions Team develops custom software that extends the OnGuard and NetBox access control platforms. These applications are critical to the security operations of customers including Fortune 100 firms, financial institutions, universities, and government facilities.

The purpose of this role is to work with customers to ensure that custom software is deployed successfully and meets requirements, as well as testing customer solutions for compatibility with OnGuard system upgrades.
The annual base salary range for this position is $97,600 - $121,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for Custom Solutions project customers
Plan and schedule software deployments with customers
Remotely deploy software solutions on customer systems
Assist customers with testing and troubleshooting of custom software components
Gather and document information needed by Custom Solutions developers to resolve issues
Perform testing of Custom Solution products for new OnGuard releases
Triage support cases for resolution or escalation for software solutions developed by the Custom Solutions team
Utilize internal tools to document history and project management information
Assist with testing of new and existing products.
Work with management to dynamically adjust priorities to provide the best possible service levels while maintaining and improving established service levels.
Some deployments will require work after normal working hours

You Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
At least 3 years of experience with administration of currently supported Windows operating systems (Windows OS)
Experience configuring, testing and supporting software installations.
Ability to read/decipher logs
Comprehensive understanding of current networking fundamentals
Understanding of Windows command line
Entry-level knowledge of SQL database engines required
Customer service orientation, ability to develop strong, long-term customer relationships.
Familiarity with basic programming concepts is a plus
Basic knowledge of C# is a plus
