Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing and configuring iPads using Intune for mobile device management.
• Overseeing inventory management for cash handling machines, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance.
• Supporting and troubleshooting OPOS systems and related options.
• Providing administration support for Versatile Finance Kiosks and Ashley Digital Kiosks.
• Supporting Lexmark printers, including firmware upgrades and contract management.
• Providing software support for HOMES system and related printers.
• Creating accounts and supporting software for D365 ECM system.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of IT experience.
• Proficiency in Server OS, Azure, Intune, Networking, and Mobile Device Management.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware like credit card machines and iPads.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 5 years of equivalent experience.

Work Environment:

• Office-based position with occasional retail store travel.

Position is Mid-Senior level, Full-time, in the Information Technology sector within the Furniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing industry.
