SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and carry out benchtop experiments to support R&D projects and customer-related initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to offer technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Develop application prototypes for product launches, marketing events, and trade shows.
- Document formulation work using standard internal procedures and maintain communication with global teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as regulatory, operations, and marketing to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Support external pilot production processes to test and refine formulations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to help guide innovation and product positioning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Nutritional Sciences or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of formulation experience with delivery systems like softgels, tablets, capsules, and gummies.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements for dietary supplements and functional food products.
- Strong technical reporting and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data clearly.
- Comfortable working independently or within cross-functional global teams.
- Experience in lab-scale and pilot-scale environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% annually.
