ROLE OUTLINE The Application Reliability Manager leads a Tier 3 application support and enhancement team responsible for a broad portfolio of over 60 internal and customer-facing systems. This role ensures high-quality delivery through agile facilitation, while also mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of employees and contractors. The manager plays a key role in modernizing legacy systems and improving software reliability, performance, and maintainability. Key Focus AreasProvide hands-on technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development. Drive agile delivery practices to ensure timely issue resolution and software enhancement delivery. Lead efforts to modernize systems and improve software performance, scalability, and maintainability. Manage performance, hiring, onboarding, and contractor oversight. Build collaborative partnerships across development, business, and vendor teams. Maintain high standards of system documentation and support process consistency.
