Unit: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey Institutional Planning and Operations (IP&O) Application Development team. The team builds all the custom applications and systems integrations used by the division. The primary development framework is Microsoft .NET using C# and .NET Core. Databases used for development are Oracle and SQL Server. The position will report to the Senior Application Developer.
Overview content describes the IP&O division and its responsibilities across the State of New Jersey, including planning and construction, facilities, public safety and emergency operations, environmental health and safety, transportation, housing, and auxiliary/retail operations.
ResponsibilitiesMinimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
