ANSYS, Inc. seeks Application Engineer II SCBU to work in Canonsburg, PA and various unanticipated locations RESPONSIBILITIES - Contribute to the support of software products and supporting systems, with a focus on the Semiconductor simulation software suite. - Collaborate with a team of expert professionals to accomplish customer support objectives. - Execute customer support in Semiconductor simulation software and respond to customer questions on tool functionality. - Triage complaints about product defects and determine root cause for the research and development team. - Write clear descriptions of product enhancement requests for our Semiconductor simulation software products.
