Role Description

Reporting to the Application Engineering Manager, the selected candidate will handle the selection and quotation of standard products and high-tech solutions based on RFQs received from clients and Sales Engineers. The role also involves preparing multi-product offers and supporting sales negotiations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform selection and estimates for standard products.
  • Size and calculate complex products to generate offers aligned with sales strategy.
  • Consolidate projects and prepare multi-GC proposals.
  • Analyze technical specifications and define products based on technical and economic criteria.
  • Support sales during site inspections and complex offer presentations.
  • Use company software for technical selections, sizing, and estimates, managing related workflows.
  • Report market trends and technical feedback to Product Managers for future offer improvements.
  • Provide operational information to ensure correct order coding and initiation.
    • Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Hydraulic Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics is a plus.
  • Proactive with good priority management skills.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to use various software and applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels.

    • San Giovanni in Marignano (RN), Lainate (MI), or Pomezia (RM).
    • Occasional travel (5–10%).
    Work Mode
    • During onboarding, presence in the office is required; afterwards, two days of remote work per week are scheduled.
