Application Developer - ProVia : Job Details

Application Developer Reports to: Manager of Application Development Department: Information Technologies Location: Walnut Creek Facility (2150 SR 39, Sugarcreek OH 44681) Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM Summary ProVia is seeking to hire an individual with a high degree of integrity to serve as an Application Developer on the Information Technologies team. You will work as part of a team and individually to design and code functional programs and applications using web-based and mobile application development processes and methodologies. Candidate is expected to uphold and represent ProVia's Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and maintain existing in-house ERP and production systems.
• Collaborate with IT resources and other departments to implement new features and programs using web-based and mobile application development methodologies.
• Provide technical support to Customer Service, Production, and other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• 5+ years' experience in .NET software development.
• Proficiency in C# / VB.NET.
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, ASP.NET/MVC, and mobile application development is a plus.

Physical Demands Ability to sit or stand, using a desktop computer or a laptop, as well as other office equipment and supplies continuously.
