Akkodis is seeking an Application Analyst for a Full-Time position with locations in Cleveland, OH 44114 and Columbus, OH 43215 ( Hybrid ). We're ideally looking for applicants with solid experience in iManage, Aderant, Application Support , which would be a big plus. Salary Range: $110- $130k/Annually + Benefits . The Application Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the organization's software applications to ensure efficient business operations and user satisfaction. This role focuses on operational support, application customization, and data integration, working closely with stakeholders to improve application performance and align solutions with business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provide day-to-day support for core business applications, ensuring operational continuity and quick resolution of user issues. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely support and accountability for application performance. Document and track issues, troubleshooting processes, and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base. Customize and optimize applications to meet user requirements and enhance functionality. Ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems, supporting workflows across departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement system enhancements. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and quality across interconnected systems. Support data integration efforts to enable efficient reporting and analysis. Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making. Assist in planning, designing, and implementing new applications and upgrades. Research software products and evaluate their potential to meet organizational needs. Support testing efforts for software deployment and upgrades. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding application performance, issues, and resolutions. KEY COMPETENCIES Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues. Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, and integration of business applications. Understanding of data flow and interconnectivity between applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience. Experience in application support, vendor management, and system optimization. Familiarity with legal technology solutions (e.g., Aderant, iManage, Intapp Suite, or similar platforms) is highly desirable. If interested, please click APPLY NOW.
