As a Bodewell Appliance Care Technician, your responsibilities will include:Diagnosing and completing in-home repairs on GE Appliances' major appliances. Using sound judgment to recommend repair vs replacement based on cost-effectiveness and customer needs, prioritizing repairs whenever practical. Promoting and selling service contracts, water filters, and related products/appliances as appropriate, always focusing on value-driven solutions and the best customer experience. Operating an assigned Bodewell service van to customer locations. Accurately documenting repairs, routes, and work activities.
