Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain company vehicle and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I or Universal certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with testing and repair tools.
• Experience in appliance repair preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and use a smartphone for parts ordering.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100%.
• Flexible working hours, including overtime.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Physical ability to lift and handle heavy appliances and parts.

Additional Details

• Experience: 1-2 years preferred.
• Travel: 75% or more (Road Warrior).
• Location: Gansevoort, NY, 12831.
