Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsMinimum 7+ years of Appian BPM experienceCurrent L2 Appian certifiedEvidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.Experience of working on Agile projects.Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.Knowledge of Tempo Interface.Proven track of working closely with key business usersExperience Of Scenario-based Requirements Gathering.Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environmentExperience and understanding of business process flowsExpert in analysing and documenting business processesExpert in writing business requirementsExpert in writing functional requirementsBe able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating modelsAbility to run workshops with key stakeholdersTranslates ideas into concrete work activitiesCurrent L2 Appian certifiedRoles & Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
• Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.
• Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML, XSLT etc.

Generic Managerial Skills, If anyGood-to-Have

• Appian Certifications if any.
• Should have handled teams of size 5-7 and should be able to mentor the team.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Should have good knowledge of Appian Administration and servers such as JBOSS\WebSphere\WebLogic etc.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• Appian Development, Creation of Process Maps and configuration, Appian servers
• Provide solutions to customer, Define architecture and design level concepts, standards.
