The Apparel Sales Associate at The Golf Mart is responsible for promoting and maintaining a store culture that is consistent with Worldwide Golfs values, including the Sure No Problem philosophy. This philosophy has made Worldwide Golf what it is today. Sure No Problem means putting the customer first, and doing whatever we can to ensure a memorable and positive customer experience. The Apparel Sales Associate provides the customer with an exceptional shopping experience at our golf store, facilitating the shopping experience through pleasant greeting and engagement. They will also assist in the execution of all in-store visual merchandising, including signage and displays. Job responsibilities include: Maintain a general awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise, promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements, while also maintaining the flexibility to work in different departments as needed.
