JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Entry level individual contributor position that creates and designs graphics, layouts and computer-based artwork for assigned collateral (point-of-sale, promotional and launch materials, hang tags, direct mail, packaging, and labeling).
• Participates in creation of new marketing ideas and stays abreast of current trends.
• Follows set designs and formulas in the production of graphics and layouts.
• Typically reports to Creative Director.
• Typically no direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Art/Design or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years experience in development of marketing collateral.
