APPAREL/ASST DEPT LEADER (Finance)

Assist in managing the Apparel department by maximizing financial opportunities and taking on management responsibilities in the manager's absence. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with industry terms and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in business or related field
  • Knowledge of company policies and organizational structure
  • Management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, RMDS, and company email
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Experience leading or participating in projects
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and promote company initiatives
  • Coordinate department merchandising and implement promotional plans
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and standards
  • Plan store events and manage daily operations in the manager's absence
  • Conduct audits, verify pricing, and manage inventory processes
  • Respond to customer and employee concerns and manage maintenance needs
  • Coach and provide feedback to associates and direct reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations

Salary Range: $26.81 per hour
