Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance in residents' apartments Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service Perform unit turnovers / make-readies Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency Requirements : Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential setting Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Tools and reliable transportation.
