Monarch Investment is actively hiring and seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join Georgetowne Apartments at 2222 South 142nd Court! (288 apartments) - Valid drivers license, background check and drug screen required for this position. PAY: $28-30 an hour plus up to $1000 a quarter performance bonus and $100 a week on-call bonus. Full benefits package that includes discounted rent at any Monarch community! That's a potential of $58,000-62,000 a year in earnings!
