Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor
• Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately
• Coordinate and facilitate resident services, such as package delivery, maintenance requests, and community events
• Maintain records and perform administrative tasks to support the property management team
• Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable
• Address resident inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various technology platforms
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
