We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to join our Finance team.Position Overview: The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the AP team, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Inventory, and Store Operations to support business objectives while maintaining strong internal controls.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a small team of AP Specialists/Clerks
• Review, code, and approve vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure payments are processed in accordance with company policy and vendor terms
• Liaise with luxury brand vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Oversee month-end close activities related to AP, including accruals and reporting
• Maintain and improve internal controls and ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Partner with Procurement and Inventory teams to reconcile POs and GRNs
• Implement process improvements to streamline AP workflow and reduce processing times
• Manage 1099 and other tax-related filings as needed
• Support ERP upgrades or system transitions (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of AP experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• Experience in retail or luxury goods industry strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with vendors and cross-functional teams
