The position is available August 22, 2025.General Description:The Supervisor of Buildings, reporting to the Director of Facilities, is a key contributor to providing a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment across all district buildings. This role ensures the optimal condition, cleanliness, and appearance of every school facility. The Supervisor directly leads all maintenance personnel and assists with the oversight of custodial staff, fostering a high-performance team that consistently meets district standards. Moreover, this position supports the Director of Facilities in developing and implementing operational programs that achieve effective and cost-efficient maintenance of buildings and equipment.Qualifications:* Demonstrated expertise in all facets of school building operations, including adherence to construction codes, comprehensive health and safety regulations, and full compliance with New Jersey Administrative Code Titles 18A and 6.* Must possess or be actively pursuing a Certified Educational Facilities Manager (CEFM) certification, with completion required within one calendar year of hire.* Hold a valid New Jersey Motor Vehicle Driver's License.Duties:* Per the attached Job DescriptionSalary:* $90,000 - $105,000Benefits:* Full-time employees are eligible for medical, prescription, and dental benefits.* Sick, personal, family illness, bereavement, floating holiday, and vacation day allotments are included.Deadline to Apply:* Until position is filledApplication Procedure:Applications are being accepted on-line through Applitrack.
