The Anticipated Field Operations Manager position at ACE is available for the 2025-2026 school year. It is a Level 7, 249.5 days per year, 8 hours per day position. The starting rate is $22.25 per hour.As the Field Operations Manager at West Shore, you oversee custodial operations across multiple school buildings to ensure each site is clean, safe, and properly maintained. You coordinate with principals, office staff, and your custodial staff to understand each school's needs and priorities. You create and manage custodial schedules, assign staff to various schools, and monitor their performance. You conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleaning standards and safety protocols are being met. When issues arise, you troubleshoot problems, provide support to custodians, or coordinate with maintenance, administrative teams, and contracted service providers for solutions. You are responsible for training new hires and offering guidance to help staff grow and improve. Managing custodial supply inventories and making sure equipment is distributed efficiently across the district is also part of your job. Your work helps create a consistent, healthy, and well-maintained learning environment for students and staff district-wide. This job is for a positive and productive person who will be working around students and adults alike.Requirements include a valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a safe driving records for the past three years; supervision of district daylight and second shift custodial employees; ability to perform onsite indoor and outdoor inspection of facilities for cleaning and general maintenance; maintaining inventory and facilitating the distribution of custodial supplies to all schools; processing of electronic work orders related to facility maintenance. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
