A Custodian supports the store with an emphasis on store upkeep and cleaning tasks. Role Responsibilities Contributes to the store and customer experience by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others. Upkeeps cleanliness standards to ensure all areas, including back of house, hallways, management office, and salesfloor are tidy and safe for customers and employees. Takes initiative and works productively with the team to achieve common, collaborative goals. Communicates daily with the leadership team on custodial priorities & supply needs.
