Responsibilities
- Antenna Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing antennas and related communication systems.
- Engineers work on creating antennas for various applications, including wireless communication, satellite transmission, and radar systems.
- Conducting research to improve antenna performance, developing prototypes, performing simulations, and analyzing test results to refine designs.
- Solid understanding of electromagnetic theory, signal processing, and radio frequency engineering.
- Skills include proficiency in design and simulation software, problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to present findings.
Job Description BSP
- Experience with designed, developed, tested, and manufactured RF antenna systems
- Communicated with other engineering and scientific organizations to keep abreast of developments in Antenna/Radio Frequency (RF) fields.
- Experience with established antenna designs, systems, theories, and properties.
- Hands-on experienced with the characterization of antennas in far-field or near-field measurement setups and familiarity with RF test equipment.
- Experienced with EM simulation tools such as HFSS; able to measure antennas, RF passive, and active circuits using spectrum and network analyzers; prototyped building, and testing during and early production stages.
- Design of new products from concept to full production for GPS, Satellite Communication, 5G, 4G LTE, and advanced phased array systems.
- Hardware prototype construction and testing. Provided manufacturing support and troubleshooting.
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
