Role Description

Position: Animation Distribution Director

Location: Irvine, CA (Full-time on-site or partially remote depending on circumstances)

As the Animation Distribution Director, you will lead and execute Wanda Studios' distribution strategy for children's animation content in North America and Europe. Your primary focus will be securing distribution deals with major international streaming platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, as well as prominent television networks across the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently develop and implement distribution strategies for children's animation content targeting North American and European markets
• Identify, approach, and secure licensing deals with major streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon) and television broadcasters
• Lead the end-to-end distribution process, including negotiations, contract signing, and payment closure
• Maintain and expand strong relationships with key industry contacts, leveraging your extensive network of buyers, platforms, and broadcastersProvide s
• trategic insights on market trends, buyer preferences, and competitive positioning to inform content planningCollabora
• te closely with internal teams including Production, Legal, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless project executionRepresent

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in children's animation dis
