• Daily Hours:7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Call Hours:3:00 PM - 7:00 AM (secondary call only)

• Call Schedule:At least once a week, call from home

• Call Response Time:30 minutes

• Supervision:None - independent MD practice

• Daily Staffing:1-2 MDs and 6 CRNAs

• Facilities:

  • 6 ORs

  • 2 Endoscopy Rooms

  • 1 Cath Lab

  • 1 IR Suite

  • EMR System:EPIC

    Case Mix

    • General Surgery

    • Orthopedics (mostly spine)

    • Urology

    • Ophthalmology

    • GYN

    • ENT

    • Podiatry

    • OB (heavy volume)

    • Limited dental and peds dental

    • Skills Required:Spinals, blocks, epidurals - proficiency mandatory

    • Caselogs:Required - proof of spinals, blocks, and epidurals

      Credentialing & Requirements

      • Credentialing Timeframe:30-60 days (expedited for emergencies)

      • Certifications:BLS, ACLS, PALS -AHA required

      • Licensure:Compact license accepted
