As the Analytics Advisor, Executive Director, you will scale a global advisory function that translates complex people data into compelling stories for senior leaders. You'll embed insight into processes like performance reviews, succession planning, and workforce allocation to influence strategy, risk management, and talent growth. Partnering across BI, AI & Data Science, and the Chief Data Office, you'll ensure data quality, governance, and automation underpin every advisory engagement. You will establish intake and delivery mechanisms to provide high-velocity, high-value analytics support at scale.
Your team comprises experienced data analysts, visualization experts, and storytellers serving as embedded partners to HR functions and business lines worldwide. Together, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to build self-service capabilities and predictive models.
