As an Analyst, Total Rewards, you will bring to life compensation programs and policy changes that enrich our employees and their experiences at work. You'll primarily implement our compensation plans and programs as part of the broader Total Rewards team that helps our employees become financially sound, emotionally secure, physically well, and socially connected. This role is hybrid and can be located in Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Compensation Analysis & Reporting – Manage our benchmarking processes, compensation surveys, and job pricing and administration. Develop and implement compensation reporting and analytics, including the CD&A section of the proxy.
  • Compensation Plan Implementation & Delivery – Implement and manage the operations of our annual incentive plan, merit processes, and compensation system. Work in partnership with Payroll to ensure effective delivery of our programs.
  • Long Term Incentive Plan & Employee Stock Purchase Plan – Manage the administration of our Long-Term Incentive and Employee Stock Purchase Plans in partnership with our vendors, Finance and Payroll.
  • Improve Employee Experience – Develop employee communications and educational materials related to our compensation plans and programs. Provide additional tools and resources on current programs to improve value and utilization. Build efficiencies into our offerings, processes, and user experience.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with compensation program design and administration
  • Proficiency working with Excel and performing data analysis
  • High levels of data accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective collaboration with the team and flexibility to respond to changing priorities
