• The Sr Analyst, Business Transformation will analyze business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute projects to enhance growth and profitability. The role requires strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with a focus on operational improvements and change management within the Finance division.

• Engage with division leaders to understand business processes and build relationships
• Collaborate with business units and leadership to prioritize initiatives
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines, and monitor progress
• Manage stakeholders and ensure project delivery within budget and schedule
• Evaluate performance against KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
• Develop detailed project and business plans, tracking milestones
• Gather requirements and feedback from technical and operational teams to drive process improvements
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for executive meetings
• Work with leadership to identify strategic growth opportunities

Minimum:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 2+ years in management/strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or related roles

Preferred:

• MBA

• Project management and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Financial analysis and modeling knowledge
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint
