The Revenue & Yield Management teams develop and guide the revenue strategy for multiple brands across the Disney Portfolio. The team models, measures, sets, and executes these strategies by marketplace, in parallel with identifying consistencies across the business that will better inform cross-portfolio packaging and sales.

The Revenue Analytics Analyst will report to the Manager, Revenue Analytics for the linear entertainment organization within the Walt Disney Company. As a Revenue Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining key daily and weekly revenue reports in Excel. You will also support the revenue planning and sales teams with various ad-hoc reporting. The analyst will assist the revenue manager with daily operations pertaining to revenue, inventory management, and liability/stewardship maintenance. The right person for this role is a highly motivated problem-solver and forward thinker with the ability to prioritize based on daily tasks, sales requests, and internal projects. This role is suited for a highly analytical thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

Deliver recurring revenue summary reports to Finance, Executive Leadership, and Revenue & Yield Management (RYM) teams.

Support daily revenue operations, including inventory management and stewardship/liability tracking.

Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling to assess revenue impact and inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting cycles, including quarter-end close and reconciliation processes.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop new reporting tools and insights aligned with evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in analytics, finance, or a related field (media/entertainment industry experience a plus).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and large dataset manipulation.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous data.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $74,300 - $99,600 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
