We are looking for great new colleagues. That is where you come in!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded recruitment professional who is equally comfortable handling high-volume non-IT hiring (e.g., customer service, operations, retail, etc.) and standard IT recruitment (developers, analysts, etc.). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sourcing skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional recruiting environment.This is an onsite role: 5 days a week in our NYC officePay rate is $50/hr to $60/hr on W2 with no benefitsKey Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop role-specific recruitment strategies for both IT and non-IT rolesSource candidates using a mix of job boards, social media platforms, databases, employee referrals, partners, and networkingManage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume non-IT positions such as customer support, operations staff, sales reps, and moreHandle full-cycle IT recruitment for roles including software engineers, QA testers, system admins, and business analystsConduct screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with company culture and job requirementsSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates to all stakeholdersMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processesSupport onboarding and pre-employment processes as neededTrack recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring status, pipeline activity, and hiring trendsContribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality applicantsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldMust have Skills:2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong track record in both IT and high-volume non-IT hiringProficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters)Solid understanding of technical and non-technical job profiles and hiring practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and with candidatesDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions efficientlyAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentGood To Have SkillsPrior experience recruiting in staffing agency or RPO environmentsExposure to recruitment in industries such as retail, BPO, fintech, or software developmentFamiliarity with background check and onboarding proceduresAdditional InformationDisclaimer: Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
