Job Description

The Privacy Analyst will support the Legal Privacy team in ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations, mitigating risks, and building trust. The role involves working cross-functionally on strategic privacy projects and supporting privacy practices and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Review documentation on personal data usage and sharing, assisting in legal compliance.
  • Help data users understand privacy obligations.
  • Review Privacy Impact Assessments and map data flows.
  • Collaborate with various business units and functions.
  • Assist with Consent Management Platforms and cookie data review.
  • Manage the Privacy mailbox for inquiries.
  • Coordinate training and prepare compliance reports.
  • Support privacy and security projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years in privacy and information security.
  • IAPP certification preferred.
  • Experience with privacy tools like OneTrust.
  • Technical background a plus.
  • Knowledge of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Hybrid work arrangement, minimum three days in-office.
  • Eligible for benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and more.
  • Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000.
