Analyst, Operational Accounting - CVS : Job Details

The Analyst, Operational Accounting acts as point of escalation for accounting and administrative billing issues and inquiries. Supports accounting and billing teams to ensure invoices are completed and properly allocated to revenue and/or vendor passthrough streams. Establishes and maintains accounting and billing policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports, and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports. What you will do. Support Billing Manager by being first point of escalation and support for accounting and billing direct reports. Track and monitor completion of accurate monthly invoices, leveraging communication and reporting to ensure monthly metrics are met. Field accounting and billing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, resolving these inquiries in a timely fashion.
